Barangay Balibago is part of the Local Government Unit of Angeles City in the Province of Pampanga, Central of the Island of Luzon and is known all over the world as the “Entertainment/ Hospitality Capital”. With the advent of highways and transportation, barangay Balibago is only an hour and a half drive from Manila by car, and 167 kilometers away from Baguio City.

Barangay Balibago is the gateway to the Clark Special Economic Zone (formerly Clark Air Base) and the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport. It has a total land area of 2.6 Square Kilometers or 160 Hectares. Barangay Balibago is classified as a highly urbanized barangay with about 1991 business establishments as of July 2016, most of which are hospitality and recreation operating 24/7. It is bounded by Barangay Dau of Mabalacat in the North, Ninoy Aquino in the South, Barangay Malabanias in the West and in the East by Barangay Pulung Maragul.

Barangay Balibago has organized and constituted its Disaster Risk Reduction Management Committee headed by Punong Barangay Rodelio H. Mamac Sr. with all kagawads as members and the Peace and Order Committee also headed by Punong Barangay Rodelio H. Mamac Sr., along with the three (3) Executive Officers and all the 17 Purok Leaders and Bantay Bayan as members and provide a regular reporting and sharing of information to mitigate street crimes and nefarious activities.
